Is it easy to export common data service entities in one office 365 tenant and move them to another?

Please try to export data from one office 365 tenant to Excel, then import the data from the Excel to another tenant.

Yes, this is actually supported today from the PowerApps Admin center - admin.powerapps.com, but you do need to be an Admin of the environment you are exporting from. See the following article for more details: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/tutorials/export-import-packages/.
