Lookup different manager level for selected person in people picker

Hello.

I was wondering if this is possible. I have a people picker field and am able to pull the direct manager from of the employee. What i need to do is pull the principal and vp for the same chosen employee. I have a sharepoint list that lists the job titles in the company and a number that is assigned to that title like below:

By comparing the Office365 Connector (.jobtitle) against the sharepoint title column, if i want to pull/filter out only the ones listed as a 5, is that possible?
