Search doenst work in custom app i built using excelonline/onedrive. no errors or squiggly lines. data shows in gallery but as type in search the gallery just blanks, but when i using excel file from local data the search button work

I would strongly suggest you use the OneDrive(Using Filter() function) instead, or SharePoint list.

Your formula is correct, however, the ExcelOnline connector is not a delegable datasource, that's the point.
And in addition, Search is non-delegable either.
Use the Filter() or change your data source.
Yeah, the search function doesn't work for large datasets in Excel. Try using Filter.
Filter(TBL_Employees,TextInput3.Text in 'Full Name')
