I have rolled out an application for an entire business to use, up to now 99% of the people have been using it with no issues.
I have had one user that, when he submits a request the flow goes to succeeded in 3 seconds and completely ignores an apply to each and the condition at the end.
The only difference I can see between this user and every other user is that his default email slightly differs to everyone else, however he also has an email account that the rest use as well.
Example A: This is the "Successful" request that doesn't actually do anythng.
Example B: This a request that has followed the flow and is currently waiting for approval as the flow should
If anyone has seen or has any ideas how to fix this I would be very grateful
