I have a requirement, Like one powerautomate will trigger daily. It will get the items from the SharePoint list based on the 'approval date' field value is equal to today's date. The flow will send an approval request and based on the response it will update the status in the SharePoint list. If we have multiple items to get approval today, For this case I have utilized create approval action and sent an approval request but the issue is how can we get the response and update it to the SharePoint list.

If we use the 'wait for approval' action it won't go to the next item until getting the first item response.

Could you please help me with how can we achieve this?
