Paste into gallery

I've got an icon that I need to cut and paste from one location into a gallery. The icon has been heavily customised so a simple cut and paste is the logical solution to this.

 

However Canvas App refuses point blank to paste into the gallery, and consistently paste's the icon outside of it.

 

How can I perform this basic task?

    Hi @lee-martin ,

     

    Select any of the control inside the gallery, either in the tree view or the canvas, and then paste:

    @BCBuizer  thanks - couldn't understand why it wasn't doing it, but it works perfectly now
