excel spreadsheet automation flow

I have replaced someone in my role who set up power automate to gather data from a form and used it to populate a spreadsheet. From the spreadsheet they set up notifications for different departments to approve and or disapprove items. The form works as an application for a program we run at my hospital.

an applicant fills out the form, which triggers an email to our department admin to update a spreadsheet. Once that information is entered, it triggers an email to HR to enter more information on the same spreadsheet. Once HR enters their information, it triggers A email notification from that persons department supervisor to approve or disapprove of the person joining the program. I think it’s basically just the same automation 3-4 times, but I’m not sure which flow to use, and the person who set the flow up left last fall.

Dear Tim,

Sorry to hear about the situation that you/your organization is now in. That is the downside of flows which are not properly setup/integrated.
On the bright side, anybody which has some medium/advanced level of experience with PowerAutomate flows should quite quickly be able to figure out what is what and how it all works. It is not that hard.

Suggest you put out a call internally at your organization who has experience with flows. If your organization is large enough you will for sure find someone who can assist. Alternatively, seek externally for some support, anyone with some knowledge should in 1 hours time tell you what is what and the best way forward.

Dear T,

For any specific questions on the flow you can post (part of) the flow in the forum and there should be plenty of input (provided you focus the question a bit).

For professional help you can always refer to site like Fiverr, there are plenty of parttime freelance persons who can help you out there. Of course this is not wihtout costs.

I will add that in sometime today. I THINK its just the same thing repeated three times, but I also see a couple ways to go about it from the template gallery. I just need to narrow it down.
