Set a default date of year + 1 not working

Hello everyone,

I have in my app, a date field. I would like to set the default date of this field as currentDate + 1 year.

To do this, I put this code on my DefaultDate property:

Date(
 Year(Today()+1),
 Month(Today()),
 Day(Today())
)

But it doesn't seem to work. Here are the result without the '+1'

And the result with the '+1'

Do someone knows if it is possible to do what I want?

Any idea will be appreciated

Hello,

To add a year to the current date you can use
DateAdd(Today(),1,Years)

Use DateAdd function as follows:

Date(
Year(DateAdd(Today(),1,Years)),
Month(Today()),
Day(Today())
)
