I have built a flow to send approval emails when a file is added to a sharepoint folder. Everything works perfectly except the Outlook 2016 for Windows re-formatted approve/reject links in the email.
If I open the emails on my Outlook for Mac client or my iPhone I get simple blue approve/reject buttons that work.
In Outlook 2016 for Windows these are visible by expanding the "Show original message" link at the bottom of the email. Above this are white background Approve/Reject links that give an error "The action could not be completed"
We have Office 365 E1/E3/E5 licenses for our users which includes Microsoft Flow but does not indicate any sort of quota/limit on messages. Additionally, this is the absolute first time using the program, so if it was a quota limit mine must be zero, which doesn't make sense.
Any resolution to this issue...we have the same issue...works on some Windows Outlook 2016 installs but not on others...haven't been able to trace down any issues with Outlook configuration
Having the same problem, and in addition, the html was rendering fine two weeks ago (and for a long time before that) but now it shows the html tags and a link at the bottom for the original message. I don't want my users, and managers and executives to see the html tags.
Having this same problem.
Hi @nbbn,
Would you try to open the email from other computers to have a test? Also, you could try to change the email address to test.
Regards,
Mona
