Expand gallery item via icon

Dear PApps Experts,

 

In my app i would like to expand view of an item in my gallery (see picture 1 below). Data is stored on SharePoint List, so basically HR can update/add/delete records etc.

After clicking an icon I get bigger "button", but I cannot put information from SP list of "current item", because it's out of gallery in a tree (Button2_2 - picture below), so Office365Users.UserPhotoV2(ThisItem.'Expert Name'.Email) is not working. If i'm trying to add this in gallery, I'm not able to put in on the middle of the screen, because I have limited space on "first item" in the gallery.

Could you tell me how can I achieve that? @RandyHayes

    Use *GalleryName*.SelectedItem 

     

    This should give you what you need
