Power Automate Flows Not Found

Hi PVA Community! I'm new to PVA, so this may be a beginner question.

I'm trying to integrate a power automate flow into my PVA, but every time I create the flow, it seems like it saves but the flow isn't listed for some reason. What did I do wrong?

Very rarely does this happen to me.

It is supposed to refresh or update the listing under 'create flow'.

What you need to do is confirm that everything is saved. Sign out and close Teams entirely, and relaunch Teams.

When working with PVA within Teams, the flows will not show up. Web based version of PVA and power automate do the trick and work fine.
