I need to take a Word Template and Mail Merge an Excel List and have those documents get put into a combined PDF. Is this possible with Power Automate?
I believe you are looking for Excel -> Word -> PDF?

Getting Data from Excel is limited by the file having a table, however you can use Excel Scripts to identify active cells and either create a table or return the data in a response. You can see this in action here https://youtu.be/UspiIlj6hSQ
