Hi. I want to add two SaveData functions to my app. The first would save any unsubmitted data and load it upon reopening the app. The second would be a backup. For the backup, I would store all data for a set period of time (I was thinking 1 week). However, before I implement this fix I'm a little worried about how much space it would take up. Does anyone have any idea if it is a significant amount of space and/or how I could check how much space it takes up? Also, would adding pictures to the savedata significantly increase the size?

Actually, the SaveData function is limited by the amount of available app memory because they operate on an in-memory collection. Available memory can vary depending on the device and operating system, the memory that the Power Apps player uses, and the complexity of the app in terms of screens and controls. If you store more than a few megabytes of data, test your app with expected scenarios on the devices on which you expect the app to run. You should generally expect to have between 30 and 70 megabytes of available memory.

In addition, all data sizes are subject to the amount of available memory in the app. Please check the following article for more details:

If you want to check how much space it would take up when running SaveData function, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
