Currently the list of people who've joined a yammer group is not sorted by the time they joined so there's no way in knowing who has recently joined. I would like to have an email sent out with the name of the user who has joined so we can keep track & welcome/reach out to them.

I assume that you may need a trigger for Yammer “When a new user joins Yammer group”. While currently we do only have two triggers for Yammer “When there is a message in a group” and “When there is a new message in my followed feed”.
