Hello all,
I want to add a new row every time an item is updated or added new from canvas app to dataverse. Thank you in advance.
When i edit an item i want a new row to be added in dataverse with the same id but only the owner to be updated. Also i don't want to use flows .

Two ways for you to achieve this:
(1) Via Flow (which is not what you want)
(2) Via PowerApps, use the Patch function. Unfortunately, Dataverse uses GUID as an identifier so you need to explicitly make a column named ID in Dataverse to store the ID. When you submit via PowerApps, on the OnSuccess property of your form, add the Patch code to Dataverse using the LastSubmit function so you can retrieve your data.
Another option maybe is Microsoft Graph but that would mean you need to study it which is a very long route.
