Hi All,

I am trying to set up an out of office on a shared mailbox to run after 5pm until 8am Monday to Friday. The flow is running but it is not turning on automatic replies on the shared mailbox.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

You need to delete the second trigger in your flow, as you do not need it in your logic.

The flow will run according to the Recurrence trigger, it runs at 5pm from Mon to Fri to turn on your shared mailbox’s auto reply setting.

And yes, you need to change your first Recurrence trigger as below as well: Because the flow only need to run after you are OOF and then it will turn on the auto reply setting for shared mailbox, this auto reply will last to 8 am the next working day.

Just one more important thing, please make sure the connection used for the “Set up automatic replies (V2)” belongs to the shared mailbox’s account instead of your own account, or the flow will turn on the wrong account’s auto-reply setting.

    Best Regards,
