Power Automate sending two emails instead of one email

Hi All,

I am in very difficult situation now. one of my flow for submitting a request is sending two emails instead of sending one email in my testing environment. But in my development environment it is sending only one email as expected. Can anyone please help me on this?

In development environment this flow sending only one email, but in the testing environment after importing it is sending two emails. Is any updations like column we have added in sharepoint list will affect this way?

we have a sharepoint list which stores the approvers data, so apply to each will take that data and send the email.

SO could it be sending one email from your dev environment and one from your prod?
