Hi -
I have a model drive app that uses a sub-grid to allow the user to add "Additional Team Members". We will need to send the additional team members an email. How do I extract which users have been added in Power Automate?
Thank you!
Hello,
You will have to use "Dataverse - List Rows" action in Power Automate to get the list of your users. One thing that you will have to do is to provide a valid filter to get only users that are listed in a subgrid.

Hi @lwarix ,
Since you said the users are added to a subgrid. That means all the table in question has a lookup/parent column. So using the Dataverse- List Rows action" you would need to filter the lookup column for the parent column GUID. Unfortunately, lookup columns need to be formatted a bit differently when trying to use them for filtering.
_LookupColumnLogicalname_value eq GUID
Make sure you keep the logical name between underscores (_) and then have the text "value eq" followed by the dynamic content for the Unique identifier for entity instance (basically the Parent row).
