I have created an instant flow that triggers when users click on Submit button. Users attach files and just click Submit button which will trigger the mentioned flow.
There is an action called Send an Email V2 and the connection is actually configured with my email account and importantly I have Send As permissions on behalf an xxxx@test.com shared email box id.
Issue is that, the Send an Email action instead of running on my connection(my email id) is running with the user who clicked on Submit button and so it is throwing error that there is no authorization for that user(s).
Do I definitely need to grant Send As permissions to the mail box for all the targeted users in addition to me or is there any other alternative? Please help.
