Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a SharePoint list named "Grant Applications 2", and it has an automated flow which get triggered when an Item is Created or Modified, as follow:-

Also inside another flow, i am sending this api call to update the "Grant Applications 2" list item and set a field named "SecondApprover" to Null:-

Now i noted if the list item already has its SecondApprover = null and i send the above api request >> a new version will be created without mentioning any field values, as follow (since nothing got changed):-

but the automate flow will not get triggered,, actually this bahvioure is fine with me, but my question is this the intended behavioure inside Power Automate? and is there an official documentation which mention what will be the power automate behavioure incase the api request did not change the value of any field inside the list item?
