In gallery 3 i would like get results as below automatically ( Sum of each cell of above two galleries )

Do the tables have an identifier to indicate whether the records in the above table and the below table are related? For example, if there is a field name representing each row such as "Title" or a unique custom ID, it should be possible to find matching rows in the two tables to calculate their combined sum. As the fields continue to be added to the right and they have different names, making it a bit cumbersome to incorporate the formula.

Now, If i enter the number on each cell it should calculate the SUM of all the cells ( 4 galleries ) and show it in the 5th Gallery. something like this
