126Hi Community friends,
Good day! I have an Edit Form submitting new Proposal info and first saved to a SP List1 to the fields shown below.
Now e.g. a record is like: Project name, some info for the Project and different people [reviewer/ approver]
ID Project tile .... BOM Finance_Manager DE Functional Support Aprover 1 ....

1 Proj1 Jack A. Linda B. Vicky B. Susan C. Jim B.
Alex C.
Note: Functional Support can have none/ multiple people name [like here 2 people, Susan and Alex]
-The user can attach 1 or multiple files for the Project, Proj1, I am calling a Flow to save those files [and sending the ID] to a SharePoint Doc Lib
-Now for the review and approval process, I am thinking to have another SP List, List2 with following info
ID Name Role Decision Comment Status .............
1 Jack A. BOM
1 Linda B. Finance_Manager
1 Vicky B. DE
1 Susan C. Functional Support
1 Alex C. Functional Support
1 Jim B. Approver-1
[Note: In some case there may be no Functional Support people name(s) as they are not needed for a Project]
-My Q is how do I populate the 2nd SP list, List 2 with the data regarding ID, Name and Role?
the First SP list, List1 is straight forward since the edit form is connected to the List1 and after submitting the form, the fields get saved from the Power App to the SP list Columns.
I would appreciate your help in this. tc. 🙂
