Created a PowerApps with Form Control connected to SharePoint.The form contains attachment control.Added the PowerApps in Teams Tab so that users can submit the form.Teams tabThe files gets attached and uploaded correctly.But you open the item in view mode the attachments are not getting downloaded.Web View of the app:The files gets attached and uploaded correctly.The attachments are getting downloaded.
Why attachments are not getting downloaded in Teams.

If the downloads are getting attached in PowerApp then please take a try to remove the embedded canvas app from your Teams Tab, and then re-add it again, check if the issue is solved.
When the user clicks on attachments, nothing happens in the Teams tab, but the files will be get downloaded to the Downloads folder, and random strings were appended to the file name.
