I have a simple flow setup, to monitor a large number of sharepoint list items. They each have a status (Active/Inactive) with an expiry date.
Currently the flow will send an email when the active item has past the expiry date.
The flow runs every hour and of course we're getting repeated email notifications of all expired items.
What we'd like to achieve is to only be emailed the once for each item.
I've found a long winded way of doing this by adding another column to the sharepoint list for "EmailSent" and either append a 0 or 1 to this to keep track, but im really surprised there isnt away within Flow for this to be managed?
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
