Is there a way to connect Power Automte Desktop to an excel workbook on excel online?
Not going to be easy unless you use Power Automate Cloud Flows.
That is the web based one right? Does it have Web automation functionality? I want to use the data in an online excel to fill out web forms.
That is accessed via flow.microsoft.com. No, it does not have web screen scraping option which is possible only through Power Automate Desktop.
See if you can read the Excel online using Cloud flows and pass it as a datatable to Desktop Flows and then interact with the Web Forms.
