Outlook Email has no FROM value when using "when a new email arrives in a shared mailbox v2"

Sometimes new emails in a shared mailbox appear to have a blank FROM field when the flow is triggered. Is there any way to avoid this? It appears to be a bug and I am not sure I have any control over resolving the error on the Flow side of things.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?

Specifically, it seems to be for CC'd emails from what i can tell, and is intermittent.

@emersonbruce Are you using the New Designer or the Classic Designer in your flow?

The New Designer still has a few bugs. I would recommend you switch to the Classic Designer to edit and test your flow.

If this doesn't solve your problem... you might need to create a brand new flow and before you make any edits—switch over to the Classic Designer first.

    Hope this helps!

I am using classic designer, so this has no bearing on my issue.

@emersonbruce No worries. That is an odd issue. Have you tried creating a brand new flow (still using the Classic Designer). I noticed recently that PA seems to be really buggy. Sometimes starting fresh can help.

Have you tried to run a manual flow to get an email (where the From) value was empty (initially)? To see if PA can retrieve the sender? If it's intermittent you could also add a Do Until action to your flow.
