Automated Flow for Portal Comment Creation/Update not triggering

Hi, I have a flow that triggers off of portal comment create/update but it won't trigger automatically. it works without error and completes successfully from the Flow Test any help greatly appreciated.

Hi @sebgedge,

A couple of validation questions.
- Is the portal installed/created in the same environment as where your flow is created?
- Do you by any chance have added trigger conditions to your trigger When a record is created, updated or deleted action?
