Hi people,I want to automate a little task for my team. I want to send excel sheet of Inventory details (Details of all VM's in my subscription) to my mail id using logic apps.Does anyone have any idea how I can achieve that?

You could use an HTTP action to call the Azure Resource Manager API or Azure CLI to fetch the list of VMs.

You could then either use Flow or Logic Aps to email yourself the information.
@SudeepGhatakNZ I understand your flow but the problem is there is no such connector that could provide me the details of Vm of a particulat subscription/resource group. I am trying to get the details in a systematic manner. I want to create a inventory from my RG. if there is any other way then plz let me know.
