Has anyone had success connecting to a SharePoint blog posts list using a gallery? I make the connection by manually entering the list name of "Posts" and the columns appear to be available to select for the gallery fields but the values do not display.
Hi @bhconley,
Could you please explain a bit for the value you mentioned in the sentence below?
"the columns appear to be available to select for the gallery fields but the values do not display."
PowerApps currently could only work with the column data, for the actual file content, it is not available to work it directly in PowerApps.

Workaround to update SharePoint document metadata custom columns
Regards,
Michael
Hi Michael,
Thanks for the reply. The columns that I am working with are not managed metadata. They are standard out of the box columns associated with a Posts list as part of a blog site.
I can connect to the list using manual name entry, like the case for a document library:
After I connect to the list, I can link the connection and the columns to a gallery, but none of the values display. I have tried connecting to only single line of text columns to prove that the issue is not related to rich text or html content, still no luck.
