I'm new to PowerApps, have seen some videos but wanting some help please.

I need to create a form to capture information for a permit, the data needs to be stored in a SPO list.

I thought I needed to create the columns in the SP list and then click PowerApps - Customize forms, when I do this, only the 'title' column is displayed in PowerApps studio.

What is the best way to do this, my requirements are I need to build various forms to capture information and have that data stored in SPO list.

Hi @Anonymous

For a custom SharePoint form, you should be able to adding additional fields by clicking Edit fields > Add fields. If you do that, do you have the option to add other fields in addition to your title field?

Thanks just what I needed, I was expecting the columns to be there but that's fine.
When I save and publish how do users see the PowerApp form, I mean I can click on new item from within the SPO list but the UI doesn't look like the PowerApps form when I try to add data via SPO?

Hi @Anonymous

When you click the new button on the toolbar,it should open your customized form on the right hand side. Is that not working for you?

yes it is, it wasn't working when I sent the last message, and maybe after 5-10 mins the form was visible when I clicked new... I'd checked the default form for the list was PowerApps, but all I can assume was, there was a delay.
