Help needed : BadGateway on SharePoint Create Item ( item still get written but in duplicates)

Hi, I am in need of help here. 

 

I am using flow to create an item in another sharepoint list once the item is approved. 

The outcome was a badgateway error. However, while these error occurs, the items were successfully created, but in multiple times on the other sharepoint list and the next stage of flow failed due to the badgateway error

Please help.

    Hi @ ECool79,

     

    Could you please share a full screenshot of the configuration of your flow? 

     

    Could you please share more details about the error that you meet when the flow runs?

     

    I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

     

    Please take a try to create a new sharepoint list,and create an item in the new sharepoint list to see if the issue still exists.

     

    Please let me know if the issue still exists.

    Hi, 

    We found the reason for the error. Apparently SharePoint flow will not activate if the number of lookup exceeded 12. This includes lookup to person and to other sharepoint list. 

    Once we found this error, we reduced the number of lookups in the list and its working fine now.
