9Hello,
I am currently trying to automate internal processes.
For this purpose, a picture has to be added to a mail that has been received and some text colours have to be adjusted automatically. The recipient's mail address must be read from the mail text.
The trigger mail always has the same structure and the same subject.
The problem is that we cannot insert images into mail templates in our CRM programme. Now I had the idea that one could perhaps create an automatism for this.
Is that conceivable?
