i am very new to powerapps and need some suggestions in implementing a canvas app I have build few screens by seeing some YouTube videos and now need help with next screen so basically I want to have screen with following properties title I’d section and active and then the section will have properties like I’d order title description and type free text,yes no eligibility supporting docs

and if user select yes no in the section type then it should have questions id section I’d order question and then a survey should be created and stored as json value can anyone help me how to achieve this with powerapps the data source of the app is Dataverse. Thanks in advance
