Wunderlist Send a mail after finishing the last subtask

Hello together,

my current flow gets answers from a form, sends a mail and posts a Teams comment and creates a Wunderlist task

with subtasks from the form answers. The last step would be, after finishing the work from the Wunderlist task/subtasks, sending automated a mail to responder of the form. The completion of such a task could take upt to a week, and I need Flow to check for this, before sending the finishing mail.

Is it possible that my Flow will wait to send a confirmation mail until the last subtask from wunderlist task is done?

Or other ideas?

Hi @derbjoern,

You can create a "Get subtask" action after your subtask, waiting for the last subtask you created finished, then create a condition to determine the Subtask whether completed.

Hi @v-litu-msft,

your tip combined with my research made it work. I now have a flow, which will send a mail after I completed / checked the latest subtask of my wunderlist task. The flow runs for 720h and checks every hour for completion of the latest subtask. This is not the optimum, but it works. Nice would be a preconfigured trigger for wunderlist oder to-do list...

Yes, if Wunderlist has a trigger When a task is complete will be better to achieve your purpose, but we can only have the above way to do it.
