I'd like to know when using power apps connected with power automate flow equipped with AI feature, which licenses the user can have?

Thanks for the question! Since you are using a Power App, you will need either a:
Depending on your use case, you might prefer per app or per user.
Any of these two will let you run the app and call a Power Automate flow from the app that uses AI Builder features. Then, for AI Builder you will need AI Builder credits. The per app plan gives you 250 AI Builder credits per purchased license, the per use plan 500 AI Builder credits per license and a AI Builder add-on gives you 1,000,000 AI Builder credits.
For example, today with 1,000,000 AI Builder credits you can approximately process 2,000 pages with an AI Builder Form Processing Model, process 50,000 images with AI Builder Text Recognition.

I have the next scenario:
I created an app with Power Apps that use an AI Builder module called "Form Processing" the app capture the text from the images and then uploads the content into SharePoint list, the app needs to be executed for a 10 users, Do I need to buy AI Builder license to the 10 users, or which type of the license I need? I appreciate your help, thanks in advance.

AI Builder licenses (add-ons) give AI Builder credits to the whole company, so you don't have to purchase per user.
Do you know how many pages are you planning to capture using Form Processing? 1 AI Builder add-on is assuming that you will capture maximum 2,000 pages per month. If you go beyond that, you will need more AI Builder add-ons.
