Create File via FTP output is an error and an empty .csv file

Hi,

 

I'm creating a flow that allows me to perform FTP on a .csv file that I receive from my Outlook inbox. The image below shows a failed flow test and alongside it is the error message:

Error Message: "The requested action could not be completed as the specified resource (file/folder) does not exist or is busy."

 

Despite the error, an empty/null .csv file appears on the FTP directory. Here are the parameters of my Create File Action:
