Submit DefaultSelectedItems and SelectedItems on button

Hi everyone, I need help with the values of a combobox. I need to submit the values of a combobox as a String with Concat but every time I submit I can't get the DefaultSelectedItemt that I previously choose, is there a work around to get the DefaultSelectedItems with the SelectedItems?
