I've built an app and now that I am ready to share it, I get a message : "You don't have permission to share apps in this environment. Learn more: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2157835." I've tried to share with different people and it continues to give me this message and does not share.
I have also shared other apps in this same environment and they are working. The link given does not go anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Based on your statement, you were able to share other apps in the same environment. It might be due to revoke of security roles to your user account. Have you checked your security roles in "Advanced Settings" -> Settings -> Users, Select your username and see "Manage Roles" to see what roles you currently have.

I was unable to find the menu you're referencing. I cleared my cookies' cache etc and rebooted and its working.
