Question :how to get mutiple approver's response maintained into sharepoint?

I try to let all trainees to acknowledge training through the flow,  so the "approver" in this flow defined as trainees, it's not a fixed name list,  can select different people, I use approval flow under type-custom response- wait for all responses. Below is my step:

my question is how to reflect all response information of all approves and create into a sharepoint list. When I add more than 1 people , after their approve action completed , it cannot grab data into another sharepoint list, I think should add somewhat action in between but don't know how to do it.  Can anyone help advice solution, thanks a lot!

1.select and get item from sharepoint list

2.start and wait for an approval

3.once outcome is equal to "I have completed training", create item into another sharepoint list.

Hello, I nee input several approver , not only one person. The result is that all approval result still cannot update into the sharepoint, it skipped and failed.

I now choose use FORMS to generate flow, although it had to split into 2 flows to achieve my expectation.

    Thanks your advice anyway.

You should not need the Responses apply to each. You should be able to get the outcome that is not part of an array as a overall. As you are sending to only one person you can just use the wait for first response option too.
