Hi all,
I have a SharePoint Flow and a SharePoint Powerapps Formular.
I want to execute the SP Flow if I hit the "Save" Button. Could I somehow put the Flow ID in the "Submit" part of the button to trigger or do I have to create a PowerApps Flow?
You need the trigger of the Flow to be PowerApps in order for it to appear in PowerApps.You can create a new Flow from PowerApps and in that flow you can call the Already Existing Flow by using the Run a child flow (p.s. to use this your flow must be in a solution)
Please click Accept as Solution if it resolved your problem or give it a Thumbs Up if it helped you in anyway this will allow other people to search correct solutions effectively.
Thanks,
Rahber
@Rahber thx
What does it mean "your flow must be in a solution"
Got the solution part, but how can I run a child flow?
This will help you understand: https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/solutions-in-microsoft-flow/
@Rahber thank you
It seems, does it will not work with a Powerapp based on a SharePoint Form.
I can´t add the Flow from the solution into Powerapps.
I can create a new app within the solution but that is then not based on the SharePoint Formular.
Any ideas?
