Print scrollable data of gallary

Hi All,

 

I have multiple lines in gallery with scrollbar.

I want to print all 1000 lines.

currently i am able to print only visible records.

Please help on this.

    HI @Anonymous ,

    You can try putting it inside a Container and then doing a PDF print with ExpandContainers set to true, but I am not sure how well it will handle 1,000 lines.

    This is not a straightforward task, as the Print() function only captures the visible portion of the screen. However, there are some possible workarounds that you can try:

     

    • One option is to use an HTML control and concatenate the content of your gallery items into an HTML table. Then, you can use Power Automate to convert the HTML code into a PDF file and print it. You can find an example of this approach in this post by @alaabitar.
    • Another option is to adjust the size of your screen and gallery template to fit the number of items that you want to print. You can also use the Gallery.ShowNavigation property to add navigation arrows to your gallery. You can watch this video by @RezaDorrani to learn how to do this.
    • A third option is to use a scrollable canvas data card and put all your galleries inside it. Then, you can set the height of the data card to match the height of the tallest gallery. You can find more details about this option in this post by @C-Papa.
