Hi,

I have created a custom copilot connected to a couple of sharepoint sites as knowledge.

The bot works fine in copilo studio. I have also published the bot through Teams, it worked well intitially, but since today i am getting this error:

Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: a:16xmdGDBwnjvyQIJnihYY_Yj8GEDZzS2VkJVhnd808IBxIy1nfqAc8S4UYnt6gjInJ2y8m0Qgob0HZK71WjARcrNchpX_1JGy_1-6ooPbdGMxtfqiimP0waTLtbBF8CsA. Time (UTC): 9/30/2024 1:33:12 PM.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

I tried the App Copilot in a canvas app but it didn't work for me sadly

We have a ticket opened with Microsoft regarding this issue.

We were able to duplicate the issue with them and provide logs.

We have found that if you add the Copilot to a Canvas App, it functions correctly and that is our work around for now.
