I have two screen, screen number1: Application and Screen number2: View application. Upon click of the navigation, i want to refresh the screen.

There is no way to 'refresh' the entire screen on navigation. You do, however, have access to OnVisible property of your screen, which triggers on navigation to your screen.
The simplest way to reset your page is to call "Reset(<...control name...>)" for each of your controls. You could also call NewForm(<form name>) here, just as an example.
Having a lot of Reset() calls can become difficult to manage if you have a lot of controls/behaviours on your screen. So, try out the Reset() function, but also read about the Reset behaviour property if you want to see other implementation ideas.

hi have a gallery which shows a collection, how do i refresh the gallery through navigation bar and on select of a button
If either your screen OnVisible or your button OnSelect use ClearCollect() or Clear() to set your collection, then the Gallery will 'refresh'.
Hi @arshad2 ,The "On Visible" event will help you in this.Sometimes, I found there are some delay in Sharepoint list refresh. If you are not getting the updated data, Refresh(Connection <Sharepoint Listname>); or Revert(Connection<SP list name>)This will help refresh the gallery (if directly connected to SP)Hope this will help.

You can try using toggle control with global variable switching across screen and executing operation and reverting back the value.
You can find blogs or YT videos related with name "Reusable Function in PowerApps" where they use toggle control to execute multiple things in simple way.
