Do you mean that you can not open sharepoint custom form?
Could you tell me how do you open this form that displayed unsuccessfully?
I've made a similar test and could load custom form successfully.
I chose one item and click "Edit".
I suggest you clean your browser's cache, update the browser to the latest version and reopen your sharepoint list.
Try to refresh your web page.
If the problem still exists, try to restore your form to other version and see whether it could load successfully.
