location of events created via book a room template

Hi all,

 

I would like to find out where the information about booked rooms is stored within the 'Book a Room' template. My intention is to create a dedicated screen in the app, featuring a gallery, to showcase the bookings made. This way, managers or administrators can easily view the reserved times.
