Hi there,

I have built a deskbooking app which writes to Dataverse. The user clicks the desk they want to book in the canvas app, and it writes this as a new row in the Dataverse table via Patch command, and the app then prevents anyone else from booking this desk as it is already booked 🙂

I would like to create a QR code so that the user scans this when they get to their booked desk in the office, and, once scanned through the app, it updates the Dataverse row for their booking to 'checked in'.

What would the QR code need to contain and how could I get this operating?

Hi @Kosenurm ,

You could use google api to create QR code.

The parameter in the qr code is the url that triggered the flow.

And the url can pass parameters to flow.(e.g. guid of table item, the value you want to update ...)

For example:

trigger()['outputs']['queries']['Test']

Add a textinput control 'TextInput1'.
