Clarification about flow connection

Hi Community!

I am building a powerapp that use a button to trigger a flow to send emails.

I need to share the app with a group, so as I am the owner of the flow the connections are on my account.

In the flow, I need to send an email by the creator to the approver so ...

1)if I use my connection, then the other users will have no permission to send the email on behalf of the creator (technically themselves)?

2) Do I need to share the flow also with the group?

3) I know the flow connections work with context but then what's the use of run only users?

@Sybaris1 Note-A flow run from a power apps control uses the credentials of the current user that triggered the flow. To send emails from a generic mail account pls create one shared mailbox and then send email from shared mailbox account.

The thing is in the flow the creator of the form who should send all the emails, means whenever an approver approves and triggers the flow the next email should be send by the creator I mentioned in the action.

But I used my connection in the flow, so I wonder if the flow will use exactly the creator is input of action or my connection will force to use my email?

Users will use their own permission to use the actions by default , if you want to force them to use your permission to send the email , you could set them to be the run-only user and set:

In this way, you can assign flow to multiple users at once

Run only user can not edit the flow
