PowerApps plan [Old vs New]

Can any expert suggest which new PowerApps plan [Oct 2019 onwards] is equivalent to the older "PowerApps Plan 2" [Before Oct 2019]? Any recommendation is appreciated.

    The new Per user plan is essentially the same as the old Plan 2 $40/user/month. The plan equivalent that is missing is really the Plan 1. There is no equivalent for that.  Your options now are:

     

    • The Office 365 "Seeded" plan - Like the old Office included plan except SQL and Azure are now premium
    • The Per User plan - like the old P2 plan
    • The Per App plan - cpabilities similar to the old P2 plan for only $10/user/month, but limited to 2 related apps.  So if you do more than a few apps the per User plan becomes cheaper.
    • No equivalent to the P1 plan
    • Dynamics "Seeded" plan - A lot like P2 but all apps must enhance or extend dynamics.
