Japanese characters in flow changes to other unidentified text.

I created a flow wherein if an item is created in oneDrive, it will also create a file to my Google Drive

problem is, whenever I upload a document or file with Japanese characters on it, the name will change to something else. Is there a way Flow can change encoding of the text?">Error
