Problem connect to OneDrive for Business connector

I shared app with an colleague and it is not be able to load due to connection issue with OneDrive.

The user can use the OneDrive and is signed in to the page already.

Session ID: b10967f9-d4c1-45d0-9249-6d432f732bdb

It is the first time have seen this kind of error, and when I shared it with another user it worked fine.

IT adivsed the two users' office 365 plan are the same. What could have went wrong?

    Would you please share the detailed error message?

    Have you shared the excel file in OneDrive for Business with this user?

    Please also let the user to test with other web browsers/devices.

    It is used as part of flow to create PDF. 

    User can login to OneDrive itself.
